General conditions of sale

Article 1: Scope of Application and Modification of the General Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.dentalforce.fr, or in writing (email, fax, letter). Dental Force reserves the right

possibility to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. In the event of modification, the general conditions of sale will be applied to each order

in effect on the day of the order.

Article 2: Availability of products

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of available stocks. Upon receipt of your order, we check the availability of the

product(s) ordered. In the event of unavailability, we undertake within 60 days from the validation of the order either to deliver the product ordered or to offer you

a similar product at a similar price or to refund you. In the event of a stock shortage on one of the products in your order, we will ship the rest of your order, along with

an invoice specifying the missing products.

Article 3: Customers

The products remain the property of ORTHO PARTNER integrating Dental Force until full payment of the price by ORTHO PARTNER integrating Dental Force. However, from the

Default of Payment:

ORTHO PARTNER, which is part of Dental Force, reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not paid in full or

partially a previous order or with which a payment dispute is currently being administered.

In the event of late payment, a penalty equal to 3 times the legal interest rate will be payable (Decree 2009-138 of February 9, 2009). A minimum fixed compensation of €58.80 including tax for costs of

recovery will be due (Decree 2012-1115 of October 9, 2012).

General: The products are delivered to the delivery address you provided to us during the ordering process. The delivery times indicated are average delivery times and correspond

to the processing, preparation and delivery times of your order.

Delivery time: Delivery may vary from 3 to 30 days, subject to stock availability (as per Article 2). This is an average time depending on the destination, method

shipping and availability of the item. Exceeding this deadline cannot give rise to any cancellation of the order, to any reduction in the price paid by the buyer and to any

Delivery Methods: The product ordered is delivered by post or by an independent carrier, depending on the nature of the product ordered and at the exclusive initiative of the seller, to the address

From the package to the delivery: You must check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery and before signing the delivery note (CARRIER). You must indicate on
